The friendliest staff welcomed me with open arms and even invited me to help with a street mural. Clean facilities and a delightful ambiance made my stay enjoyable.
Loud noise from the bar area disturbed my peace, making it difficult to relax at times during my visit.

absolutely terrible! the room was horribely noisy, and I had to endure the thumping music from the bar until late. the staff clearly doesn’t know how to maintain guest privacy, as I found my room wide open. The location to attractions is fantastic. I could easily walk to the Cathedral de Santiago and the Arco de Santa Catalina. The staff were welcoming and eager to assist with any needs, making my stay more enjoyable. Breakfast snacks were offered, which I appreciated when I had a tight schedule!
The room required significant cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. it felt neglected.
